In our last blog post we shared a way to debrief and take stock of the year that was. In this second part, as part of your personal strategic planning process, it’s time to think about your goals and plan. The process is similar to strategic planning for an enterprise, but this time for yourself.

Now that we are nearing the end of the year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year that was and determine what you want in 2023. Companies and enterprises hold strategic planning sessions and we can adopt this practice in our personal lives. This is a two-part blog to help you do just that.
