Our Philosophy

At Armore, we create "Clothes as Armor"—pieces designed for longevity, not disposability. To honor the craft of our costureras and your investment, we offer several options to help you maintain your Armore wardrobe.

1. The Armore Lifetime Repair Guarantee

We stand by the construction of our garments.

• Construction Warranty: We offer complimentary repairs for the lifetime of the garment on all construction-related issues, including popped seams due to snapped thread, loose buttons, or zipper malfunctions.

• Wear & Tear: For issues resulting from regular use (such as fabric snags, thinning, or stains), we offer restoration services where possible for a reasonable service fee.

• How it works: Contact us at studio@armorecollective.com with a photo of the area. Once approved, send the piece to our studio. We cover the return shipping to you once the piece is restored.

2. Exchanges & Returns

To minimize our carbon footprint and honor the "Slow Fashion" movement, we encourage mindful purchasing.

• Ready-to-Wear (RTW): We accept exchanges for size or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

• Note: A flat-rate logistics fee of ₱150 applies to all exchanges

• Tailored-to-Fit: These pieces are crafted specifically to your measurements and are Final Sale. However, we offer one complimentary fit adjustment (taking in the waist, shortening hems, or adjusting armholes) within 30 days of purchase for the perfect fit.

3. The "Black Book" Record

Every adjustment made to your garment is recorded in your Armore Black Book profile. If you don’t already have one, each piece will be provided with a code. This allows us to track the history of your piece and understand your fit preferences for all future commissions, ensuring your wardrobe evolves with you.
